Ooru Ventures is a privately held holding company. We acquire established software and technology-enabled services businesses anywhere in India, and we hold them with no fixed horizon.
The businesses we buy share a few qualities. They are profitable. Their revenue recurs, through retainers, long-standing contracts and clients who return year after year. And they were built by founders who, after decades of work, want a successor who will look after what they have made.
We have no obligation to sell and no deadline to meet. Our returns come from running good businesses well, over many years, and from the steady accumulation of companies run the same way.
